Tobias Lunk advises companies in the areas of contract and commercial law. He represents domestic and foreign clients in civil law disputes concerning complex legal disputes before state and arbitration courts.

He joined orka in 2019.

Prior, he worked as a lawyer for Taylor Wessing in Düsseldorf. Tobias Lunk studied law at the University of Halle Wittenberg. At the same time, he completed his master’s degree in business law with station at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing, China. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stations at Westdeutscher Rundfunk, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the German Consulate General in Shanghai, among others.
