Timo Nossek’s practice focuses on construction law and real estate law. He works on the drafting and negotiation of construction and plant engineering contracts and provides comprehensive advice on the provision and utilisation of securities (guarantees, warranties, etc.). He also advises on all legal aspects of real estate transactions and accompanies construction projects in all legal aspects.

Timo Nossek joined orka as a lawyer in 2008. He was appointed as Salary Partner in 2012.

Timo Nossek studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court before he started working as a lawyer for a regional law firm in Solingen in the fields of construction and real estate law. 2010 Timo Nossek completed a secondment with Siemens AG. Timo Nossek is a Certified Specialist in Construction and Architectural Law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht).
