The commercial law firm Orth Kluth has appointed two new female salary partners, Maria Najdenova and Martina Stasch. The appointments were made with effect from July 1, 2023. With the two appointments, the majority of the salary partnership is female (15 female salary partners, 14 male salary partners).

Maria Najdenova has been working as a lawyer at Orth Kluth since 2017 and advises on all areas of public commercial law and public procurement law. She specializes in public procurement and state aid law, public transport law and passenger transport law. She advises public clients and bidding companies on the structuring of and participation in tenders of all kinds. Maria Najdenova has particular expertise in the transport sector (bus and rail transport). Her advisory practice also includes construction, environmental and planning law. Maria Najdenova is also a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and a member of the Association of Specialist Lawyers for Public Procurement Law.
Martina Stasch has been a lawyer at Orth Kluth since 2017 and advises on all areas of corporate law and MA. One focus of her advisory work is cross-border transactions. She is also co-founder of the Orth Kluth French Desk, a team of eleven lawyers, and regularly advises French clients on German corporate law issues. In addition, as a member of the firm’s Legal Tech team, she develops new legal tech tools in cooperation with the employees of OK Legal IT GmbH.
