Maria Najdenova practises in the fields of public commercial law and public procurement law. She has a particular focus on procurement law and state aids, the law of public transport and passenger transport law. She advises public clients and bidding companies on the design of and participation in tenders of all kinds. Maria Najdenova has particular expertise in the transport sector (bus and rail transport). Her consulting practice also includes product law.

Maria Najdenova joined orka as a lawyer in 2017.

After studying law at Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster, she completed her court clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Court of Appeal with a secondment to the German Embassy in Manila. Thereafter, she worked as a research assistant at Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner in Düsseldorf and started her career as a lawyer with RWP Rechtsanwälte in 2015. Maria Najdenova has been Certified Specialist in Public Procurement Law (Fachanwalt für Vergaberecht) since 2021.
