Maria Najdenova specializes in public commercial law and public procurement law. She specializes in public procurement and state aid law, public transport law and passenger transport law. She advises public clients and bidding companies on the structuring of and participation in tenders of all kinds. Maria Najdenova has particular expertise in the transport sector (bus and rail transport). Her advisory practice also includes product law.

Maria Najdenova joined Orth Kluth as a lawyer in 2017.

After studying law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, she completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, including a stint at the German Embassy in Manila. She then worked as a research assistant at Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch & Partner in Düsseldorf. Maria Najdenova started her legal career at RWP Rechtsanwälte in 2015. Maria Najdenova has been a specialist lawyer for public procurement law since 2021.
