PROFILE
Maren Müller-Mergenthaler is particularly specialised in advising in all aspects of trademark and design law. She also enjoys years of experience in competition, patent and copyright law. Her clients included publicly listed companies and fintechs.
Since 2022, she has been working at orka as a Salary Partner. She was previously a lawyer at FARAGO patent and general lawyers, as well as at Kreuzkamp Partner.
Maren Müller-Mergenthaler studied law at the Universities of Trier, Lyon, Lausanne and Cologne. She concluded the course of studies in European Law at the University of Stockholm, Sweden, with the LL.M. Since 2008, she has been a specialist attorney for industrial property rights.
