Kirstin Kempf advises clients in the areas of private construction law, architecture and engineering law, real estate law and project development. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, providing advice during the construction process and handling alternative dispute resolution and litigation.

She has been admitted to the bar since 2020 and has since gained extensive advisory experience in private construction law and project development, most recently spending several years at a leading commercial law firm in Berlin. Kirstin Kempf has been practicing law at orka since 2026.

Kirstin Kempf studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg. She also holds a degree in business administration (FH).
