Johannes Löffert advises companies and investors on M&A transactions and corporate law. A further focus of his work is notarial contract drafting.

He has been with orka since 2024. Previously, he worked as a lawyer for international commercial law firms in Berlin and Hamburg.

Johannes Löffert studied law at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.
