Elisaveta Breckheimer advises in the areas of IP, IT, competition law and data protection law. She has been a lawyer at orka since 2013. She was appointed Salary Partner in 2017.

She completed her law studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster with a supplementary degree in the Law of the Legal Profession. Since 2017 she also practises as a Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property Law (Fachanwältin für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz).
