PROFILE
Johannes Löffert advises companies and investors on M&A transactions and corporate law. A further focus of his work is notarial contract drafting.
He has been with orka since 2024. Previously, he worked as a lawyer for international commercial law firms in Berlin and Hamburg.
Johannes Löffert studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and received his doctorate from the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
