PROFILE
Johannes Löffert advises companies and investors on M&A transactions and corporate law. A further focus of his work is notarial contract drafting.
He has been with orka since 2024. He previously worked as a lawyer for international commercial law firms in Berlin and Hamburg.
Johannes Löffert studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, where he also obtained his doctorate. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.
He is a member of the Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht e.V. (VGR).
