Dr. Johannes Bethge advises companies and authorities in the transport sector with a focus on antitrust and railroad regulatory law as well as public law.

He has been a lawyer since 2018. After working for Dombert Rechtsanwälte and Hyazinth, he joined orka as a salary partner in 2025.

Dr. Johannes Bethge studied law in Göttingen and Bologna and also holds a Magister Legum Europae (MLE.). He completed his legal clerkship in Berlin and in Karlsruhe at the Federal Constitutional Court. He was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Christoph Möllers at the Humboldt University, where he also received his doctorate in 2019 after stays abroad in Princeton and Florence (EUI).
