Dr. Johannes Bethge advises companies and authorities in the transport sector with a focus on antitrust and railroad regulatory law as well as public law.

He has been a lawyer since 2018. After working for Dombert Rechtsanwälte and Hyazinth, he joined orka as a salary partner in 2025.

Dr. Johannes Bethge studied law in Göttingen and Bologna and completed the supplementary course “Legal Integration in Europe”. He completed his legal clerkship in Berlin and Karlsruhe (BVerfG). After stays in Princeton and Florence (EUI), he received his doctorate from Humboldt University in 2019.
