Gary Klaft advises on real estate and construction law. He has many years of experience in construction contracting and construction law litigation, plant construction law as well as project-related consulting. In 2000 he joined orka as a Partner and since then heads the practice group for construction and real estate law. Previously, he has worked as a lawyer in the Düsseldorf office of the former law firm Pünder Volhard Weber Axster.

Gary Klaft studied law in Bielefeld, Bonn and Sydney and received his Doctorate in Law from the University of Bonn in 1997. He also authored numerous publications primarily on construction and plant contract law.
