Frank Wältermann advises on domestic and international commercial and contract law.

His focus is on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the areas of purchasing and sales, distribution, quality assurance, cooperation and investment projects. Frank Wältermann also regularly conducts corresponding out-of-court and court disputes. In addition, he frequently handles product liability cases and field campaigns. Frank Wältermann also offers insolvency law expertise in advising creditors on the enforcement and defence of claims as well as the handling of commercial contracts in crisis and insolvency.

Frank Wältermann has been a partner of orka since 2013. He studied law and business administration at Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster, where he also worked as a research assistant. He is author of numerous publications and regularly holds training courses on issues of contract drafting and liability, particularly in plant engineering and mechanical engineering.
