David Brosende was admitted to the bar in 2015 and specializes in public commercial law. His range of advice includes public construction and planning law, immission control and environmental law as well as renewable energy law. He also advises clients in the area of product law.

He began his legal career by studying law in Göttingen and Palermo, followed by a doctorate at the Free University of Berlin. Before joining orka as a Salary Partner in 2021, he gained extensive experience in leading commercial law firms, where he was involved in the realization of numerous construction projects.

In his current work in the area of project development, David Brosende mainly advises investors and the public sector on the development of urban districts, residential construction projects and commercial real estate as well as on the realization of energy infrastructure and special real estate, such as car depots, solar parks and wind turbines. In addition, David Brosende supports manufacturing companies in product law issues, in particular in relation to construction product law.
