Ann-Kathrin Schneider advises on renewable energy law, energy industry law and public law issues at the interface between the state, administration and energy infrastructure. Her focus is on the legal support of project developments and approval procedures. She has been a lawyer at orka since 2025.

She studied law and European law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law and European Law at the University of Würzburg and in the administration of the German Bundestag. She received her doctorate from the University of Würzburg in 2024 with a thesis on constitutional law. Ann-Kathrin Schneider completed her legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin with stations at the Berlin public transport company in public procurement and construction law, at a law firm specializing in energy law and at the Berlin Administrative Court.
