Dominic Krohne has extensive knowledge of the German and international legal market and the law firm industry. He is responsible for Business Development and Strategy as well as Partnerships, and since 2022 also for Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Dominic Krohne has been at orka since 2021. In the 15 years before that, he worked for the US law firm Squire Patton Boggs and also for its British predecessor Hammonds in Berlin. Most recently, he spent eight years there as Head of Business Development & Marketing Germany, managing business development, marketing and communication activities for the three German offices and the Global German Practice Group, which operates worldwide.

He is active in numerous business, trade and professional associations, including the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG) as Co-Chairman of the Berlin/Brandenburg Regional Committee and as Co-Chairman of the national Mobility Expert Group. He also gives lectures on the topic of law firm development.

In the past, he also worked as an entrepreneur and founder of several start-ups, which he managed as managing partner or COO. Dominic Krohne studied law in Berlin and Zurich.
