David Salm works on real estate matter. He advises on real estate transactions, development projects, and corporate leases.

David Salm advises industrial clients, institutional investors, and family offices on structuring, financing, and managing their real estate portfolios. He leads negotiations as well as litigatory matters for his clients and has special expertise in foreclosure and execution matters.

He works in international law firms in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and New York City since 2016 (admission to the bar 2020).
