Dieter Posch advises in the fields of public law, in particular in questions of planning law. He joined orka in 2012.

Dieter Posch served as department head for traffic law and human resources at the regional council (Regierungspräsidium) in Kassel. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Administrative Seminar and the University of Administration. From 1989 to 1991 he served as State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Economics, while from 1999 to 2003 and 2009 to 2012 he worked as Minister of State in the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Transport and Regional Development. Moreover, he was a Member of Parliament of the Schwalm-Eder district (“Kreistag”) for 20 years.

Dieter Posch studied law and constitutional sciences in Marburg and Vienna.
