Boris Körner advises clients in the areas of financing, MA and corporate law. He joined the law firm orka in 2002 and was appointed as Partner in 2004. Previously, he has worked as a lawyer for Shearman Sterling as well as Simmons Simmons, and also headed the legal and human resources department of Content Management AG in Cologne.
Boris Körner studied law in Würzburg and Barcelona.
