Respondents were also very positive about the opportunity to get involved in legal tech projects. <\/p><p>\u201cWe are delighted to be one of Germany\u2019s top 100 employees,\u201d said Dr Christiane Hoffbauer, Equity-Partner and member of the HR Project Team at Orth Kluth. \u201cOrth Kluth introduced across-the-hierarchy equality many years ago, and it has always supported its lawyers on their chosen career paths.\u201d <\/p><p>\u201cWe responded to demand for promotion opportunities by introducing the new career level of Senior Associate and our new remuneration system for career starters.
