Orth Kluth has welcomed lawyer Lukas St\u00e4hler as a new salary partner. In this role, he is a new addition to the law firm\u2019s interregional Employment Law practice at the Berlin office. Before moving to Orth Kluth, Lukas St\u00e4hler was a managing associate at the Hyazinth law firm in Berlin. <\/p>

Lawyer Lukas St\u00e4hler (35) is joining Orth Kluth\u2019s Berlin office as a salary partner on 1 May. He will be advising and representing corporate clients, both in and out of court, on all aspects of individual and collective employment law issues. His specialist fields are corporate restructuring, post-acquisition business unit integration, structural advice to start-ups, legal relations with governing bodies, governing body liability and company pension schemes. <\/p>

Lukas St\u00e4hler\u2019s national and international clients include personnel leasing, placement and outplacement consulting companies, as well as companies in the restaurant & catering trade, the travel services industry and digitech start-ups.<\/p>

He already has a solid track record in the Berlin market and is an excellent team player. Lukas will be the first salary partner in the practice group at our Berlin office, so he will be making a valuable contribution to developing our presence in the capital city with the rest of the dynamically expanding team,\u201d said Dr Guido Matthey, Partner at the law firm\u2019s D\u00fcsseldorf office.<\/p>

Lukas St\u00e4hler studied law in Potsdam and was admitted to practice law in Berlin in 2017. He is also an accredited specialist in employment law. Before joining the Hyazinth law firm he was an associate lawyer at the Buse Heberer Fromm law firm (today Buse). <\/p>

The engagement of Lukas St\u00e4hler reflects the law firm\u2019s expansion strategy for its Berlin office. In addition to the new Employment Law practice in Berlin recent months have seen the addition of a commercial unit with Volker Herrmann (salary partner) and a real estate law unit with Dr David Brosende (salary partner) and Cordula Lehmann (senior associate). The law firm-wide Business Development team, headed by Dominic Krohne (Business Development & Strategy Director) is also located in Berlin.
