He is Of Counsel and in this function advises orka internally and not directly to clients. <\/p><p>Patrick Ostendorf is an expert in antitrust law, regulated markets law as well as national and international contract and distribution law. He began his professional career as a lawyer at orka in 2004 before leaving the firm in 2008 and has been working for orka as Of Counsel since then. Since 2009, he initially held a professorship for commercial law at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld and has been a professor at HTW Berlin since 2014.  <\/p><p>He is a fellow of the European Law Institute and Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).<\/p><p>Patrick Ostendorf studied history and law at universities in Constance and Berlin.
