The main focus of her advisory work is on M&amp;A transactions, restructurings and personnel adjustments. She develops legal tech tools (employment law) and advises companies on the introduction of IT systems under employment law. In addition, she regularly advises companies at the interface with real estate law, in particular in the context of real estate transactions.   <\/p><p>Beatrice Kemper joined orka in 2021 and was appointed as Salary Partner in 2022. Previously, she worked as a lawyer for 5 years at Hopfgarten Rechtsanw\u00e4lte in Wuppertal and before that at RPO Rechtsanw\u00e4lte in Cologne. <\/p><p>She studied law at the University of Cologne and completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in &#8220;Lawyer Law and Lawyer Practice&#8221; from the FernUniversit\u00e4t Hagen and a further Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in &#8220;Real Estate
