with a particular focus on advising founders and investors on investments in start-ups, real estate transactions and joint ventures, in addition to traditional M&amp;A advice. He is also a member of the Insolvency &amp; Restructuring competence team and has particular experience in distressed M&amp;A. He has been a lawyer at orka since 2012 and was appointed partner in 2026. He spent a few months at Siemens AG as part of a secondment.<\/p><p>Tim Christian Gie\u00dfelmann has been a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences for civil law since 2013 and for commercial and corporate law since 2015.
