We support our clients in collective bargaining, reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations and advise on modern solutions such as voluntary programs and early retirement. <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">We advise on employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and carry out due diligence reviews. We support the adaptation of working conditions and the development of innovative remuneration systems and flexible working time models.
